Top Medical Universities with Most ragging Complaints

New Delhi- The Society Against Violence in Education (SAVE) published the “State of Ragging in India 2022-24” report. The report presents a analysis of incidents of ragging reported in Indian educational institutions during the period 2022-2024.According to the report, a total of 3,156 complaints were registered on the national anti-ragging helpline from 1,946 colleges. Of these, medical colleges have become the major hub of ragging cases, accounting for 38.6% of total complaints, 35.4% of serious complaints and 45.1% of ragging-related deaths, even though medical colleges account for only 1.1% of the total students in India.Also Read: Medical Colleges biggest ragging hotspots in India with 45 percent death toll in 2022-24, Check out listThe report further lists the top medical universities where the most ragging complaints were received at the National Anti-Ragging Helpline during the period 2022 to 2024.
