Student’s research aims to uncover new biomarkers for Krabbe disease

Krabbe disease is a rare, inherited neurological disease that most commonly affects infants, but can also present later in life, including during adolescence and very rarely in adulthood, according to the NIH’s National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
