Alembic Pharma commissions new manufacturing facility in Pithampur to expand business

Vadodara: Alembic Pharma, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, has announced that the Company has commissioned a new
manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh for the production of formulations.”Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has commissioned a new
manufacturing facility located at Pithampur, Dist: Dhar, Madhya Pradesh-454774 effective
today, for manufacturing of formulations,” the Company stated in a BSE filing on Saturday.The new plant, which represents an investment of approximately Rs 205 crore, has been financed through internal accruals/borrowings.
